    I was referred to Diana Gaga from the NHS CBT waitlist. She was so helpful, kind and attentive towards me when I was at my lowest, she has been the best person to support me through my struggles with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

    Towards the end of our sessions it was apparent that she helped me over the weeks we worked together, I’m so much happier and confident within myself and it wouldn’t have been possible without Diana. I could not recommend her enough! Diana asked all the right questions, made sure I understood everything and made sure she understood what I was saying by relaying it back to me and even screen shared to show me diagrams which helped me understand my struggles and how to group them together with better vocabulary (which I could not put together due to my mental health). She gave accurate homework to do regarding my situation which worked well.

    Diana is very knowledgeable and also recommends videos and books which can be very useful to watch/read. At the end of our sessions she made sure to do a relapse intervention which I’ve never had before which I feel is going to be super useful for me going forward. Once again, I cannot recommend Diana enough for mental health support! – thank-you so much!

    Diana has helped me so much through my struggles, she is such a great listener, she found tools, techniques and support for every issue I was having, whether it was a long term problem or something new that popped up. She really takes her time, explains things well, is supportive, sympathic and very kind. She has given me confidence i never thought I’d have to overcome these thoughts and how to prevent them in the future. I had an extreme fear of talking to anyone prior to talking to Diana, but she quickly made me feel at ease, gave me freedom to just talk, explain my feelings and she was extremely supportive.     Diana changed my life so much. I feel better than I ever have mentally, each day is like a new start, I look forward to every day, no such word as worry, I will continue to do my homework as it has become the normal part of my life to do, I can reflect on it also, my thought process has changed for the better, it is amazing to see how far I have overcome and fully motivated and relaxed.
