I can’t truly put into words the difference therapy with Diana has made. She went above and beyond to help me in any way she could, I felt like she genuinely cared and was so understanding. I’m in disbelief with how much I have changed between now and when I started my therapy journey with her. The skills and information I have learnt have been life changing and I’ll be forever grateful
I was referred to Diana Gaga from the NHS CBT waitlist. She was so helpful, kind and attentive towards me when I was at my lowest, she has been the best person to support me through my struggles with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Towards the end of our sessions it was apparent that she helped me over the weeks we worked together, I’m so much happier and confident within myself and it wouldn’t have been possible without Diana. I could not recommend her enough! Diana asked all the right questions, made sure I understood everything and made sure she understood what I was saying by relaying it back to me and even screen shared to show me diagrams which helped me understand my struggles and how to group them together with better vocabulary (which I could not put together due to my mental health). She gave accurate homework to do regarding my situation which worked well.
Diana is very knowledgeable and also recommends videos and books which can be very useful to watch/read. At the end of our sessions she made sure to do a relapse intervention which I’ve never had before which I feel is going to be super useful for me going forward. Once again, I cannot recommend Diana enough for mental health support! - thank-you so much!
Diana is an incredible person inside and out, let alone an amazing therapist! She helped me to understand parts of myself I have been trying to make sense of my whole life. Thanks to Diana, I feel ready to face things head on. She has taught me skills I will definitely keep with me for life. Thank you Diana!
